Jingdong Express will not call before delivery. Only when the courier arrives will it call the recipient to pick it up. If it's a storefront on the first floor, just go into the house and let people collect it.

For example, before delivery, only SF Express and EMS will send text messages to remind recipients when to deliver the goods. If it is not convenient to receive, you can contact the courier. Other courier companies don't have such a service.
