How to report the loss of a mobile phone card?

China Mobile's online business hall temporarily does not support loss reporting downtime.

There are three ways to report downtime losses:

1. Report the loss to China Mobile's own business hall with a valid certificate.

2. To dial 10086, you need to enter the service password. For example, when dialing 10086 with a foreign number in the field, you need to dial the area code of this province. If you don't know the service password, you can hang up by providing the detailed personal information of the user.

3. Report the loss of SMS: send the password of GS (space) mobile phone number (space) to 10086.

Apply for loss reporting

After applying for loss reporting of mobile phones, China Mobile will charge for the loss reporting service. After reporting the loss, the customer will keep reporting the loss as long as there is a balance in the mobile phone card.

It should be noted that if there is arrears due to loss reporting, China Mobile will take back the number that has not been operated by the customer three months after the arrears start.
