1. Three months before the expiration of BOC E-Shield certificate, you can update the certificate online by yourself to extend the service time of BOC E-Shield:
Enter the personal online banking login page of China Bank, click the "CA certificate download" link on the right side of the page, insert the USBKey and enter customer information such as serial number, customer name and certificate number, click Next, enter the password of USBKey, and click OK after entering the password again, and the certificate is updated successfully.
2. If it is not updated in time or fails to update, you can also apply for replacement at the counter outlets of Bank of China with the card/discount for opening personal online banking, the valid identity certificate for opening personal online banking card/discount and the Bank of China E shield for certificate renewal. After the renewal is successful, you can continue to use the original BOC E shield.
Tips:
The validity period of the CA certificate in BOC E Shield is five years, and the specific validity period can be inquired through "Personal Online Banking USBKey Digital Security Certificate Management Tool of Bank of China".
