Great Wall Debit Card standard card has the highest annual fee 10 yuan/card. The actual expenses shall be subject to the local branch of China Bank. You can call the customer service hotline of Bank of China at 95566 for enquiry.

If you only hold a unique debit card (or current passbook account) in BOC, and the card (or current passbook account) belongs to the "unique account", BOC will waive the annual debit card fee and small account management fee (or current passbook small account management fee).
