How to calculate the roaming fee of China Unicom in Vietnam?

After China Unicom, the charging rules for paying users roaming to Vietnam are as follows: dialing local numbers in Vietnam, answering local calls, dialing back to the mainland 2.86 yuan/minute, dialing 9.86 yuan/minute in Hong Kong, Macao and other countries and regions, and sending them to Chinese mainland (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) 1.26 yuan/,and sending them to Hong Kong, Macao and other countries and regions 1.96 yuan/.
