Why is the computer scrambled?

Open the control panel and find the regional and language options. After opening up, it may be other countries' languages and regional locations. Next, choose "Little Triangle" and "Chinese (China)". Then click on the "Little Triangle" under "Location" and select "China". Select and press "OK".

Generally speaking, the system may move itself, confuse regional languages, or install software in other languages, such as Japanese and Korean. Because these softwares must be suitable for the language, the regional language is automatically modified.
