What should I do if the vivo WATCH 2 watch shows that the download of the eSIM card fails?

You can refer to the following methods for inspection:

(1) Confirm whether you have received the SMS successfully processed by the operator. If you don't receive the SMS, it may be that the service of the operator has not been successfully opened. It is recommended to contact the operator's customer service for help.

⑵ Confirm whether the number has been opened by eSIM on other watches. If other watches have been opened, you can go to the operator App to cancel the eSIM service, and then connect the new watch through the mobile phone "Health" App to open the service again;

(3) open the "health" App? & gtESIM and mobile network, check whether the eSIM card is displayed. If the corresponding operator name is displayed under "Enabled", it means that the operator's eSIM card has been successfully opened/downloaded, and there is no need to download it again;

(4) If the above conditions are not met, it may be that the operator server is configuring the eSIM card data, so it is recommended to wait for a period of time (several minutes) before trying to download.
