Provisions: Temporary parking of motor vehicles on roads shall comply with the following provisions: (1) No parking is allowed on sections without parking signs, sections with isolation facilities between motor vehicle lanes and non-motor vehicle lanes and sidewalks, crosswalks and construction sections; (2) Crossroads, railway crossings, sharp detours, narrow roads, bridges, steep slopes, tunnels and sections within 50m from the above locations. 1. Illegal parking on urban expressways or strictly managed sections;

2. Illegal parking by occupying crosswalks and mesh lines;

3. Illegal parking leads to vehicle deceleration or congestion;

4. Traffic accidents caused by illegal parking;

5. After the same motor vehicle was reminded to correct on the same day, illegal parking was carried out again.
