This identity can't authenticate the new account in Alipay, and the risky behavior of the account you named before is caused by the registration error. The solution is as follows:

1. First, we open Alipay, as shown in the figure.

2. Next, you need to click Me in the lower right corner to open the following interface, as shown in the figure.

3. Next, click Settings-Security Settings in this interface, as shown.

4. Next, reset the payment password, and the password must be easy to remember.

5. Return after reset, and click Security Center-Payment Guard for security check. After the security check is completed, the risk of Alipay account can be lifted, as shown in the figure.
