How to cancel the blacklist of Unicom?

Users are blacklisted because the Unicom number of the ID card registration account has not been paid. Pay off the arrears and you can lift the blacklist.

Blacklist users include the following three types:

1. Arrears for three months of downtime include cancelled users and non-cancelled users.

2. Malicious arrears users, such as users who maliciously defraud international information stations and users who maliciously defraud roaming charges in different places.

3. Users suspected of short message fraud, fraud and other criminal acts identified by public security organs.
