(1) Unsigned ordinary card: a faulty card that has exceeded the warranty period or been artificially damaged. You should apply for a refund of funds and redeem the balance in the card on the spot. The card number is unrecognizable, the card information cannot be read, and the card replacement business is not accepted.

(2)? Bearer rental card: a card with a damaged card surface that can be read. The rent cannot be redeemed, but the balance in the card can be redeemed and the card belongs to the cardholder. If the card surface is damaged and unreadable due to human reasons, the card will be returned and the balance in the card will be exchanged on the spot. The prepaid rent will not be redeemed, and the card will be owned by the cardholder.

If the registered card can't be used normally, the cardholder needs to change the card at our customer service outlet with valid ID and fault card.

During the warranty period, if the card (without card surface damage) cannot be used normally, a new card will be replaced and the original card will be recovered free of charge. The balance of the electronic account of the original card is transferred to the new card in real time, and the balance of the electronic wallet is transferred on the spot.
