I set up a close friend in Kingsoft Mobile Guard. Why are calls and messages from close friends displayed?

Answer. There are two main possibilities:

1. The mobile phone is not Xiaomi or MIUI is not installed: if you install QQ address book, Kawara Tsutomu SMS, GO SMS and other software before installing the mobile guard, these software will extract SMS and phone calls from the system for management, and once these software are installed before the mobile guard, the SMS and phone records in your mobile phone will be displayed by these software first. At present, this piece is due to institutional reasons, and there is no good coexistence plan for the time being.

2. The mobile phone is Xiaomi or uses MIUI system: Because MIUI system will supervise the third-party software to send text messages or make phone calls, MIUI will not let mobile guards take over the text messages or records sent by close friends without your permission. Please go to MIUI- Tools-Authorization Management-Open Kingsoft Mobile Guard-and check the permission of SMS and phone as "Allow".
