How to check the SMS records of Unicom?

1. If you are inquiring about the detailed list of Unicom numbers and short messages, you can log in to the online business hall and mobile business hall through your mobile phone number and service password to inquire about the number records of sending short messages within half a year (including the current month), but you cannot inquire about the detailed list records of receiving short messages.

2. Query the SMS list in the following ways:

(1) Log in to the online business hall, click "Telephone bill inquiry"-"Detailed bill inquiry", and select "Inquiry"-"Detailed bill inquiry of SMS" to inquire.

(2) Log in to the customer service terminal of the mobile phone business hall, and click "Service"-"Inquiry"-"Detailed List of SMS and MMS" to inquire.
