Hello, users can make inquiries through telephone records. If it is deleted, they can check it through the online business hall of the operator. Taking telecom as an example, the steps of inquiring records through telecom online business hall are as follows:

1. First, open a browser, enter the online business hall of China Telecom and search, then click to enter the online business hall of China Telecom and log in your own telecom mobile phone number.

2. After logging in, enter the personal center, and the business navigation is on the left. Click on the call message list to query.

3. Then get the corresponding verification code according to the prompt, and you can query the call record, as shown in the figure.
