The mediation process of the financial mediation center is as follows:

Both parties can apply for mediation or arbitration. The financial mediation center can accept and exercise the mediation right only after receiving the mediation application from the parties;

2. Case acceptance. After receiving the mediation application, the mediation center decides to accept the case application after examination. The application for mediation can be made by both parties or by one party, but both parties must agree;

3. conduct an investigation. After the case is accepted, the primary task of the mediation center is to make an investigation.
