Your mobile phone is not bound to Alipay.

1. Log in to Alipay on the computer. After entering the Alipay homepage, click Account Settings.

2. After entering the account setting page, you can see a mobile phone icon on the right. If it is not bound, it will show unbound. Click bind now in the box.

3. Enter the mobile phone number in the input box, click the Free Access button below, and the system will send verification information to the mobile phone.

4. Enter the received verification code in the verification box, click OK, and the phone is bound successfully.
