Why can't I find the traffic of 10g on my SMS?

Unicom users can query the package allowance in the following ways:

(1) Log in to the online business hall, and click "Call Charge Inquiry" > "Usage Inquiry" > "Package Balance" on the home page to inquire about the remaining resources of the package.

(2) after logging in to the APP client of China Unicom, click "service" > "query" > "remaining query" on the homepage to query the remaining resources of the mobile phone traffic package in the current month.
