1. Be careful when you receive a call that starts with "+"or "00".

According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, when an overseas telephone enters China's communication network, the international long-distance prefix "00" must be added before the calling number, and it is strictly forbidden to delete the prefix during transmission. Therefore, if the phone number received by the masses begins with "00" (some mobile phones will translate "00" into "+"when displaying the number, indicating that the phone is from abroad, no matter whether the other party claims to be a staff member of any domestic department on the phone, they can't believe it.

2. The tail number is consistent with the number of public security organs, banks, communications and postal services.

After a large number of fraudulent calls, the last three digits are "1 10", posing as a police call; Or the last five digits are "12333", posing as social security phone. Fraudsters use the tail number to pretend to be staff members of public security law, social security, banks and other units, and some respondents query the tail number through "1 14", which is more credulous and gullible.

3. All kinds of 400 telephone and telecom fraud.

The telephone starting with 400 is the virtual phone switchboard with a unified number designed by communication operators for enterprises and institutions all over the country. Large domestic enterprises have basically opened 400 telephones as customer service hotlines, while the 400 hotlines of regular large enterprises only serve as called parties and will not be used for calling and outgoing calls, and government agencies will not use 400 telephones as service hotlines.
