(2) The customer installs and logs in the "China Mobile Mobile Wallet" client in the mobile phone, adds "China Merchants Bank" through the "Card Application Supermarket", and the mobile phone automatically loads the mobile wallet of China Merchants Bank, that is, the electronic cash application.

2. For the mobile phone touch card based on full terminal mode that our bank cooperates with HTC and other mobile phone terminal manufacturers:

(1) The customer buys the designated mobile phone in the market by himself.

(2) The customer logs in the "China Merchants Bank Mobile Wallet" client on the mobile phone, and the mobile phone automatically loads the China Merchants Bank mobile wallet, that is, the electronic cash application.

3. The next steps are applicable to the above two types of products:

(3) The customer enters the mobile wallet application interface on the client side of China Merchants Bank, reads and confirms the mobile wallet business instructions of China Merchants Bank, and then selects "I am a smart card customer", "I am a credit card customer" or "I am not a customer of China Merchants Bank" according to the prompts. When choosing a smart card, the customer should input the card number, certificate type, certificate number and withdrawal password according to the prompt. When customers choose a credit card, they should input the card number, inquiry password, CVV2, expiration date and SMS verification code according to the prompt. When the customer chooses "I am not a customer of China Merchants Bank", enter the credit card online application interface.

(4) The bank's system verifies the information input by the customer in real time, automatically opens an electronic cash account for the customer after the verification is correct, writes the relevant information of the electronic cash into the SIM card in real time through OTA, and automatically binds the card or credit card to the electronic cash account. Among them, the binding operation of one-card and electronic cash account is equivalent to signing the designated account collection agreement, and the daily cumulative collection limit is 1000 yuan by default.

(5) After the mobile wallet is successfully opened, the customer can recharge the electronic cash account in the touch card of the mobile phone through OTA, and the transfer-out account is the one-card or credit card bound when the card is opened by default.

Deposit (recharge) method:

(1) Cash or all-in-one card transfer deposit at any branch of the Bank;

(2) Transfer money through the mobile phone client "China Merchants Bank Mobile Wallet", one-card or credit card;

(3) Transfer and deposit with one card through our ATM;

(4) Deposits through UnionPay channel should be transferred by cash or UnionPay card (specifically subject to the negotiation result between UnionPay and the acquiring institution).
