1. The applicant submits the application materials to the "one thing" comprehensive window for retirement in the citizen center or the "one thing" window of the social security agency (hereinafter referred to as the comprehensive window).

After checking the information in the comprehensive window (compared with the data of the court and the public security), if the information meets the requirements of the handling standard and is accurate, upload the application form, model worker certificate and other materials to the retirement "one thing" platform (hereinafter referred to as the platform) so that the relevant units such as taxation, medical insurance, public security entry and exit, civil affairs, provident fund, transportation group, citizen card company, Federation of Trade Unions, Overseas Chinese Federation and so on can obtain information and handle related matters in parallel according to the process.

3. The human and social departments complete the qualification confirmation of retirement benefits, the qualification confirmation of special retirement benefits, and the approval and issuance of basic old-age insurance benefits through the retirement "one thing" platform; If it is found that social security arrears need to be paid and medical insurance needs to be paid in one lump sum, the materials will be pushed to the medical insurance agency through internal circulation or through the platform for the verification and payment of medical insurance fees. After the tax department pays the fee, it will verify the retirement benefits on the spot and return to the comprehensive window for delivery through the platform.

4. After receiving the application information through the platform, the exit-entry administration department of public security will enter the information into the national exit-entry information management system "National Staff Registration and Filing Management System" within one working day to cancel the registration, and upload the results to the handling platform after approval; After receiving the application information through the platform, the civil affairs department will handle the "old age certificate" on the spot and send it to the applicant; After receiving the application information through the platform, the Transportation Group and the Citizen Card Company are responsible for the citizen card to give priority to the use of IC cards by the bus elderly; After receiving the application information through the platform, the provident fund management department will timely enter it into the retirement withdrawal registration system, and remit it to the bank account filled in by retirees within 1-3 working days after approval.
