Registration process

Candidates who meet the registration requirements should log on to China Health Talent Network from October 8 to October 20 14 10/25 and submit their application.

Registered user name

After the candidates log in, click "Personal Registration Portal", register the user name, set the login password, fill in the check code and log in to the registration interface. Each user name and the corresponding password can only correspond to one candidate, and different candidates cannot register with the same user name, otherwise the candidate information will be lost.

Fill in the declaration information

Candidates please fill in the information truthfully and accurately and check it carefully; Select the examination area and test center according to the principle of proximity. Candidates who fail to take the exam normally due to fraud, incorrect information and other reasons will affect the issuance of certificates in the later period at their own risk.

Sms notification

When filling in personal information, please fill in your real mobile phone number, and the important information of the exam will be sent free of charge on a regular basis in the form of SMS.

Upload photos

Candidates should upload their photos after filling in the information. The specific requirements are: recent one-inch bareheaded photos or two-inch photos with white background, in jpg format, and the photo file size must be between 20 KB and 45 KB.

Print declaration form

After the online registration is completed, please print the application form for an annual health professional technical qualification examination and keep it properly for on-site registration confirmation.
