Mobile two-year contract package cancellation method

The way to cancel the package is through the mobile business hall, telephone cancellation and SMS cancellation.

1. Cancel through the mobile business hall: find the mobile business hall, select "My", enter the "My" page, select "Done Business", find the package to cancel, and click "Cancel Package".

2. Telephone cancellation: Call the mobile customer service number 10086, follow the prompts, transfer to manual customer service, and inform the customer service of the package that needs to be cancelled, and the customer service will help cancel it.

3. Cancel by SMS: Edit the SMS "Cancel Package" and send it to 10086. Select the mobile package to be cancelled, and you will receive SMS notification of successful cancellation later.
