Check how many people have the same name and surname

You can open the official website of the Ministry of Public Security on your computer to check. After opening its official website, click Internet Government Services, and then click Nationwide. Then enter the name you want to query and click Query to see the relevant information about the duplicate name. The specific viewing method is as follows:

1. Enter the Ministry of Public Security on Baidu on your computer, find its official website and click to enter.

2. After the page jumps, enter the website of the Ministry of Public Security and click on the Internet Government Service Platform under Service Services to enter.

3. Click on the page that appears to query the number of people with the same name.

4. In the pop-up dialog box, click the area you want to view, such as selecting the whole country and click the OK button.

5. Enter your account number and password in the login interface that appears and click to log in (if you don’t have an account, you can register for free).

6. After the page jumps, log in and enter the same name query interface. Enter the name being queried, check the gender and click the OK button.

7. After completing the input and waiting for retrieval, you can see the number of people with the same name as the queried name in the corresponding range.
