The Kirkland family are the four British brothers. In this family setting, there are no other ones except Britain (England), but there are names in the fan fiction: Scott Kirkland (Scotland), William Kirkland (Wales) ), Patrick Kirkland (Ireland).

Refers to the original author Hidekazu Himaruya and his original comics. He is a design student studying in the United States. He once studied in New York, Japan, history buff.

2. Marriage

When used as a word in comics, it refers to the union of two countries in a peaceful way without starting a war (such as Austria/Hungary/Empire, Poland/Land-Li/Tao/Venia/Federal States), but it does not necessarily mean marriage. In the case of the character, the focus is on same-sex marriage, or like Austria/Turkey/Lego where many countries/countries exist at one time (like a state of polygamy). In reality, alliance is political cooperation for the same purpose.
