If the order is displayed as "delivered by the seller"

If you have received the goods and need to return them, please log on to my Taobao Baby page to find the order, and click Refund/Return-Return Refund. When the refund agreement is reached, the order is displayed as please return the goods, please follow point 3.

If the order is displayed as "Transaction Successful"

If you have received the goods and need to return them, you can log in to my Taobao Buy Baby page to find the order within 0- 15 days after the transaction confirms the receipt, and click Apply for After-sale-Return Refund. When a refund agreement is reached, it will be displayed as please return the goods. Please follow point 3.
