How to query PUK code?

If the wrong pin password is entered three times, the user will be required to enter the puk password of the mobile phone card to unlock it. If users don't know the puk password, they can inquire through the operator's customer service, business hall and other channels. Taking telecom as an example, Anhui telecom users can query the puk password through the telecom online business hall, as follows:
