12320 is the complaint hotline of the National Health and Family Planning Commission.

The Health Hotline 12320 adheres to the service concept of "building health consultants around people" and accepts citizens' advice, complaints and suggestions through telephone, Weibo WeChat and portal websites, including health policy answers, health knowledge consultation, vaccination consultation, smoking cessation consultation and intervention, medical service complaints, illegal medical practice reports, public health emergencies reports, health and family planning work suggestions and satisfaction surveys.
