1. Agricultural Bank of China: On the mobile banking APP, find "Account Management" and click it. In the bank card list, select the bank card to turn off flash payment, click "Small Secret Management", click the switch button next to "Small Secret Management" in the bank card function menu, enter the password, and click "OK" to turn off flash payment successfully.

2. Bank of Communications: In the application of mobile banking, click the three horizontal icons at the top left and select the setting options. After entering the setting, click the payment setting option, select the small-sum secret-free setting option, click the small-sum secret-free visa-free option for flash payment, enter the password, and click OK to turn off the small-sum secret-free function for flash payment.

3. China UnionPay: You can log in to "My UnionPay" and enter the bank card management page to close.
