First, time limit.

Small and minibuses with local and foreign license plates for less than 9 people (excluding).

Third, restrictive rules.

There are two numbers every day, with a week as the cycle. The number of weeks corresponds to the last digit of the license plate. The tail numbers of license plates are 1 and 6, 2 and 7, 3 and 8, 4 and 9, 5 and 0 from Monday to Friday respectively. Non-Gansu A-brand motor vehicles are not allowed to enter Lanzhou on the first day of each month, and will be implemented according to the tail number limit from the next day.

Fourth, the restricted area

The original restricted area is unchanged in the west, south and north, but compressed in the east, and some areas in Lanzhou East and Yantan are adjusted to areas not restricted by the tail number. The specific limit range is: Wuwei Road-Xijin West Road-Dunhuang Road-Qilihe Yellow River Bridge-Beibinhe Road-Yantan Bridge-Nanbinhe Road-Yan Xi Road-South Section of Nanhe Road-Yandong Road-Duanjiatan Road-Gongxingdun West Road-Donggang East Road-Jiayuguan South Road, North Road-Paihonggou Road-South Ring Road-Wuwei Road.

Among the marginal sections of the above restricted areas, Xijin West Road (Liu Jiaying Cross to West Station 10 yard), Dunhuang Road, Qilihe Yellow River Bridge, Beibinhe Road (Qilihe Yellow River Bridge to Yantan Bridge), Nanbinhe Road (Yantan Bridge to Yan Xi Road T-junction) and Paihonggou Road are restricted sections, and the rest are non-restricted sections. Liu Jiaying Road, Nanbinhe Road and Yan Xi Road T-junction are not restricted.

Police cars, fire engines, ambulances, engineering rescue vehicles, new energy vehicles, taxis, and online booking taxis that perform tasks are not restricted by the tail number.
