Notice on receiving the Mandarin Proficiency Test Grade Certificate in Puyang, Henan Province in March 2021

The Mandarin proficiency test certificates organized by our bureau from March 18 to 27, 2021 have been printed and are now issued. The specific matters are notified as follows:

1. Collection method

(1) On-site collection

1. Collection time: May 13 (Thursday), 14th (Friday), and 15th (Saturday), 2021.

2. Collection location: Puyang Mandarin Proficiency Test Center (100 meters west of the south side of the Municipal Education Bureau).

3. Certificate collection materials: Candidate’s ID card. Candidates can entrust others to collect it on their behalf. In addition to the original or copy of the candidate's ID card, the person who collects the ID card must also provide the ID card of the person collecting the ID card.

(2) Mailing (EMS collect)

Mailing is uniformly in the form of China Post EMS express delivery, and candidates can choose voluntarily. Candidates who voluntarily choose to mail the candidates please fill in the candidate information (name, ID number, certificate number) and recipient information (name, province-city-county, detailed address, contact information) in the system when registering before May 16 I sent a text message with my mobile phone number to the Municipal Education Bureau mobile phone number 15936785851.

For example "Candidate information: Zhang San, 4109************. Recipient: Zhang San or Li Si; Mailing address: XX Township (Town), Puyang County, Puyang City, Henan Province )XX Village; recipient’s mobile phone number ****”.

The certificates of candidates who voluntarily choose to be mailed will be delivered by EMS on May 17. The postage standard is based on the China Post EMS express fee standard (12 yuan in the province), and the recipient pays directly to the EMS courier.

Candidates’ certificates that have neither been collected on site nor chosen by mail at the specified time will be issued with the next batch of Mandarin certificates (about September).

2. Special Reminder

1. We are still in the period of normalized epidemic prevention and control. In order to prevent people from gathering and reduce the number of candidates traveling, we will adopt two methods: on-site collection and mailing. Candidates can choose voluntarily.

2. When receiving certificates on site, please be sure to wear a mask, obey the staff's arrangements, measure your temperature as required, and line up at intervals to receive certificates in an orderly manner.

3. In order to facilitate each candidate to quickly receive the certificate, please remember your test date and certificate number. The query procedure is "Log in to the Henan Provincial Language and Writing Work Information Network () → Mandarin Proficiency Test Score Query → Query the results of computer-based test candidates", enter your name and ID number to query, or query through the attachment of this notice.
