The page will show that the reservation was successful, and generate the reservation number, showing the current waiting number.

3. In addition, our system will automatically send a short message to your mobile phone number, except that the page prompts that the reservation is successful.

At the appointed time on the day of your appointment, please click the "Appointment Confirmation" button on the outlet queuing machine, enter your appointment number and take out the outlet queuing number. You can give priority to the business according to the number order.

4. Banks have restrictions on the upper limit of the number of people waiting in line, but they are set by each bank outlet, and there is no uniform requirement.

(1) The queuing function of reservation outlets supports 7×24 hours, and non-BOC customers support business on the day of reservation. Please refer to the business types shown in "Booking Items"; Bank of China customers support the business on the day of appointment and T+N days (the maximum number of support days is determined by branches), but "special business (such as large cash withdrawal, foreign currency cash withdrawal, card replacement appointment, etc.". ) "does not support the same-day appointment. If it has been closed for a certain day, the "get the number now" service on mobile banking can't find the outlet, and the "make an appointment to get the number" service will not display the date in the reservation time field.
