This year, with the theme of "innovation and development, action by the whole people", our bureau has vigorously promoted the implementation of the Outline of the Action Plan for National Scientific Literacy, closely supported economic and social development around scientific and technological innovation, actively promoted the formation of a good social fashion of stressing science, loving science, learning science and using science, and promoted the continuous improvement of national scientific literacy. In order to ensure the success of the activity, the Bureau established the National Science Popularization Day Leading Group of the County Agricultural Bureau, which is headed by the main leaders of the Bureau and composed of the heads of animal husbandry, agricultural machinery, science and education regulations, law enforcement brigade, soil fertility station, biological resource station, agricultural technology extension center, seed station, plant protection station and law enforcement brigade.

Second, focus on key points and stress practical results. Focusing on the theme of building modern agriculture with plateau characteristics, we actively carry out consulting services such as scientific planting and breeding technology. The animal husbandry department carried out the popularization of animal disease prevention and control technology in autumn, the agricultural machinery department carried out the propaganda of new agricultural machinery use and safety knowledge, and more than two professional technicians, such as law enforcement brigade, seed station, agricultural technology extension center, soil fertility station and biological resource station, carried out scientific planting and high-yield practical technology popularization activities on the spot. On the day of "Science Popularization Day", all units compiled and distributed information on the technology of changing cooked pigs into fodder, the prevention and control technology of animal diseases in autumn, the harm and identification of waste oil, how to choose safe meat, Chinese herbal medicine planting technology, high-yield corn planting technology, six points for attention in seed purchase, and the use of new agricultural machinery. On the same day, more than 800 copies of the above-mentioned popular science materials were distributed and more than 900 people were consulted by farmers.

Third, various forms have achieved remarkable results. First, combined with the party's mass line education practice activities, the overall cadres and workers take the initiative to serve leading agricultural enterprises, professional cooperatives and science and technology demonstration households, build a direct bridge between technicians and frontline production personnel, and timely contact and solve problems in agricultural production. Second, Zhanyi Agricultural Information Network and Digital Rural Network are used to provide all-round information services and technical support for agriculture-related enterprises and large farmers before, during and after delivery, develop online order agriculture and online product trading, promote the popularization and application of new agricultural technologies, new products and new varieties, and improve the level of agricultural science and technology and economic benefits. The third is to set up TV programs in agricultural parks. Adhere to the purpose of paying attention to, entering, serving and developing "agriculture, countryside and farmers", and broadcast targeted agricultural pest forecast, new crop varieties display and practical new breeding technologies in combination with the agricultural season. In an easy-to-understand, healthy and simple way, we will approach thousands of households and people's homes to help farmers improve their scientific production level, control market ability and become rich through science and technology.

The leaders of our bureau attached great importance to the National Science Popularization Day, organized it in place, and carried out service guidance and on-site training activities closely related to how to store grain after harvest in spring and autumn, crop production in late autumn, prevention and control of animal diseases in autumn, which received good results and was well received by the people in the county.
