2. Login and registration

3. Frequently asked questions

Click FAQ in the menu bar to access it. Frequently asked questions will list the questions that candidates of the corresponding enrollment type (such as junior high school) often apply for answers.

Before asking questions, candidates should check whether their questions are in the list of "Frequently Asked Questions" to avoid repeating questions.

If you want the answer yourself, you can click "Ask Questions" to enter the "Q&A Application".

Step 4 apply for answers

Click "Apply for Q&A" in the menu bar to enter.

If the question type is All Recruitment Types, the Recruitment Type Selection window will open, where you can select the corresponding recruitment type. If you don't know the type of question, please choose it by the staff of the examination institute, not by yourself.

Click "Upload Picture" to open the camera of the mobile phone to shoot, or select a picture from the file to upload. If you don't like it, please select Delete.

After filling in the questions, click the submit button.

You can also exit the online system, then click the X in the upper left corner and wait patiently for the tester's answer. If the question is complicated, you may need an accurate answer, and the time will be longer accordingly. Please be patient.

After re-entering the online service system, you don't need to log in. Under the Q&A application, you can see your previous questions and answers.

5. Relevant policies
