Xi postgraduate entrance examination epidemic prevention and control requirements

1. Candidates must take the initiative to apply for "Shaanxi Epidemic Prevention and Control Code" (hereinafter referred to as "Health Code") and "Traffic Big Data Travel Card" (hereinafter referred to as "Travel Code") on/5 days before the exam (February 20210 days). Candidates in Xi can also apply for a health code through the "Xi Citizen One Code Pass".

2. Candidates must download the national postgraduate entrance examination health card and safety commitment letter from the website of Shaanxi Education Examinations Institute (/), China Postgraduate Admissions Information Network (/) or the websites designated by each test center/4 days before the self-study examination (202 1 year1day, the same below). If the temperature record and body are abnormal, you should seek medical advice in time.

3. In view of the current severe epidemic situation, in order to prevent staying in other places from delaying the exam, candidates from other provinces should return to Shaanxi 14 days before the exam at the latest. Candidates are not allowed to leave Shaanxi in principle until the end of the exam/0/4 days before the exam, and cooperate with relevant departments for health screening. In the meantime, avoid going to non-low-risk areas and crowded public places and pay attention to personal protection. According to the current epidemic prevention and control requirements, candidates should provide negative proof of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours during the examination.

For those who are positive in nucleic acid test results, the confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons in COVID-19 during isolation treatment, and the candidates who have lived in high-risk areas and counties or COVID-19 infected persons 1 cases or above in the last four days before the test, the epidemic prevention team of the test center will make a comprehensive judgment according to the candidates' physical condition and transmission risk, and deal with them according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control. The information of medium and high risk areas shall be subject to the query results of "National Government Service Platform".

Candidates (excluding high-risk areas and counties where 1 above local cases are located) who have lived in high-risk areas or cities where 1 above local cases are located within 4 days before the test should take the initiative to report to the local epidemic prevention and control headquarters and test sites, provide negative proof of nucleic acid testing 48 hours before the test, and strengthen personal protection, and take the test in the standby isolation examination site after health assessment at the test sites.'

Candidates who enter Shaanxi through the port need to be quarantined for 2 1+7 days, and they can take the test in the regular test center only after holding the green code of "Shaanxi Health Code" or "xi 'an One Code Connect" and the negative certificate of nucleic acid detection within 24 hours, the certificate of lifting the centralized medical isolation and the certificate of lifting the home isolation, otherwise, the epidemic prevention team of the test center must make a comprehensive judgment according to the physical condition and transmission risk of the candidates and handle it according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control.

4. On the day of the exam, candidates must arrive at the designated place according to the time specified by each test center, and enter the test center with the admission ticket, valid identity documents, health code, itinerary code and the completed "Shaanxi National Postgraduate Entrance Examination Candidates' Health Card and Safety Commitment Letter". Before entering the examination center for the first time, you must provide a negative certificate of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours. During the examination, candidates need to wear masks when going out, and try not to take public transport or go to places where people gather.

5. Candidates entering the test center must obey the command of the test center staff and cooperate with the test center to complete health checks such as health code, boarding code and temperature measurement. All candidates can only enter the test center if their body temperature is below 37.3℃ (excluding). If the body temperature is unqualified for the first time, it can be measured again with other equipment or other means after proper rest. If it is still unqualified, it shall be implemented according to the emergency disposal arrangement for epidemic prevention and control of the testing center.

6. All candidates must wear disposable medical masks or medical surgical masks every time they enter the test center. When accepting identity verification, you must take off your mask and actively cooperate with the inspection. When entering the test center and examination room, you are not allowed to wear a mask to affect the identification. When entering or leaving the examination room, you must keep a distance of more than 1 meter with others to avoid close contact and communication.

7. Those who have respiratory symptoms such as fever and cough on the day of the exam should report in time, and the case study should be conducted by the epidemic prevention group of the test center, and the treatment should be carried out according to the requirements of the epidemic prevention and control work of the test center.

8. After the exam, the candidates should leave in an orderly manner according to the instructions of the invigilator, don't crowd and keep the distance between people.

9. Candidates who deliberately conceal their illness or report their fever history, travel history and contact history inaccurately, as well as those who refuse to cooperate with the examination for epidemic prevention and control, will be dealt with in accordance with the Law on Public Security Administration Punishment, the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases and the Opinions on Punishing Crimes that Hinder the Prevention and Control of novel coronavirus in accordance with the Law.

10. The epidemic prevention and control measures of each test center will be different according to the specific conditions in different regions, and will be adjusted in time according to the changes in the epidemic prevention and control situation. Candidates should pay close attention to the designated websites of each test center, read and master relevant information in time, and comply with local epidemic prevention and control requirements.
