Lingxi app can't upload ID card.

open the "Lingxi" APP, enter the mobile phone number, SMS verification code or password gesture when registering "Lingxi" or brush your face to log in (if you haven't registered yet, please complete the registration first), click the QR code icon at the bottom of the homepage of the "Lingxi" APP to enter the [Digital Identity] section, complete the authentication of the real person, and generate the online QR code of "Online Function Certificate of Resident Identity Card" as the electronic identity certificate for citizens to travel and do business.
