All organs, enterprises and institutions in the city and the general public: In order to actively practice the green and low-carbon production and lifestyle, we now propose that the whole society take action to save electricity.

First, the authorities take the lead in saving electricity.

Actively create conservation-oriented institutions to drive the whole society to save electricity. Reduce the service time of air conditioner, with the cooling temperature not lower than 26℃ and the heating temperature not higher than 20℃; Reduce the time and quantity of lighting, use natural light and green lighting as much as possible, form the habit of "people go to turn off the lights" and put an end to "unmanned lights"; Cut off the power supply of general office equipment after work; Reasonably adjust the elevator operation system and advocate the use of escalators below the third floor of the office.

Second, the science of landscape lighting electricity

Reasonably reduce the electricity consumption time of night landscape lighting and various advertising facilities, and reduce the city light show.

Third, the rational use of electricity in commercial places.

Shopping malls, supermarkets, hotels and other places actively promote the use of LED lighting and energy-saving electrical equipment, and consciously reduce or stop using high-power electrical equipment and unnecessary lighting lamps during peak hours.

Fourth, industrial enterprises use electricity in an orderly manner.

Encourage the use of energy-saving products and equipment that meet the national energy consumption standards, carry out energy-saving technological transformation, timely eliminate backward technologies, technologies and equipment with high energy consumption, and improve energy utilization efficiency; Scientifically adjust and arrange the production plan, and reasonably adjust the power load by means of peak shifting, peak avoiding production and rotation; Standardize the use of air conditioning, lighting and other electrical equipment and facilities to reduce unproductive and unnecessary electricity consumption; Encourage qualified enterprises to develop rooftop photovoltaics.

Five, the family community to save electricity

Advocate the reasonable setting of air conditioning temperature in residents' families and encourage the use of household appliances with energy efficiency grade one; When electrical appliances are not in use, the power supply should be cut off to reduce standby power consumption; Electric vehicles and electric bicycles should be charged at the wrong peak as far as possible; Energy-saving lamps are used for public lighting in residential quarters.
