4. Contract Signing Time

If the guarantee qualification is valid for less than one month when selecting a house, you must sign a letter of commitment at the operation and management unit and re-apply for protection within 10 days from the date of house selection. To qualify, a rental contract must be signed within 10 days after the official qualification for security is obtained. If a letter of commitment is not signed with the operation and management unit within the time limit, or the application is not made within the time limit, the review fails, or the contract is not signed within the time limit after obtaining the security qualification, it will be canceled by the municipal housing security department.
