Target of fee reduction: According to the Notice on Reducing Payment Fees of Small and Micro Enterprises and Individual Industrial and Commercial Households issued by the General Administration of Market Supervision of the Development and Reform Commission of the People's Bank of China and the Proposal on Reducing Payment Fees of Small and Micro Enterprises and Individual Industrial and Commercial Households issued by the China Banking Association of the China Payment and Clearing Association, the target of fee reduction includes small and micro enterprises, individual industrial and commercial households and individuals with business activities.

Among them, small and micro enterprises refer to small and micro enterprises that meet the classification standards of small and medium-sized enterprises of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and individual industrial and commercial households refer to individual industrial and commercial households registered in the market supervision department.
