The political examination is divided into three levels: village, town and city, and then it is jointly reviewed by the Municipal Public Security Bureau, the Armed Forces Department and the Recruitment Office. The evaluation results and the list of qualified personnel will be announced to the public and accepted by all sectors of society. The contents of the audit include: "three checks": checking accounts, checking identity cards and checking diplomas; "Three visits": visiting families, visiting units and visiting schools; "Six checks": check performance, age, education level, household registration, family members and social relations.
