Bad behavior is a common fact among students in three vocational high schools. My classes often violate discipline. Student Reality ① The enrollment targets are mainly junior high school graduates and some high school graduates with unsatisfactory college entrance examination results. Some graduated from junior high school or primary school with low cultural quality and poor foundation. As far as electrician class 25 is concerned, there are 36 people in the class, 4 people who graduated from high school, 3 people who did not graduate from junior high school, and only 29 people have finished junior high school. These people have a poor foundation, and many people don't even understand ohm's law or parallel circuits. ③65% students come from rural areas, and many students belong to single-parent families. Because of parents' doting or improper education, they have developed the bad habit of coquetry and poor self-care ability. 2, school teaching ① A considerable number of secondary schools in vocational schools, due to historical reasons such as the word "specialized" in secondary schools, pay more attention to book teaching, pay attention to knowledge memory, and have insufficient contact with reality. Strengthening vocational skills teaching is insufficient, and practical teaching is few. Students prefer the operation class, and few people listen to the theory class. The teacher's knowledge is not brought into play, because the students' acceptance ability is limited and they can't understand it at all, so it is very common to sleep in class. Chen, the head teacher of Class 25 electrician, graduated from the Mechanical Department of Guangdong Ocean University and is familiar with the maintenance and installation of air conditioners, motors and refrigerators. But facing these students, his knowledge didn't come out at all, because they couldn't even accept the most basic knowledge. These have affected the development of the school to varying degrees. 3. Discipline attendance for one month, only about 30 electricians in class 25 arrive at the classroom on time, and five students are late for more than three times a week. Those who leave early a week have 10, and go to class and sleep every day. Students have all had the experience of sleeping in class, and half of them have to sleep for more than one class every day. There are 3 to 6 students who surf the Internet all night on Friday. In the month when I took over, I didn't clean the cleaning area on time for 10 days, which is always the case. Of the six students on duty arranged every day, at least two did not take part in labor. People go out to smoke after class every day, so there are more problems of being late. 4. Other overdue homework and copying homework happen every day. Every student didn't hand in his homework and copied it. The homework assigned by the teacher has never been handed in, and more than 20 homework are exactly the same. It is common to violate classroom discipline. In every class, people are talking and sleeping, or doing things unrelated to the class. There are 8 people who smoke and drink, and it also happens from time to time to contradict the teacher. At the same time, it also makes me feel that there are great problems in the education system of vocational schools in China. Some problems have been bothering me. Why are there so many disobedient students? I'm surprised at such a large quantity. However, the management system of the school has little effect on their restrictions. I think some students can be expelled, but the school did not expel them, which gave them more courage. In addition, students' learning and practical ability is far below their normal level. Can such students contribute to society? Which companies will need such people? A graduate with bad behavior will more or less add some chaos to the society, so who will be responsible? Is it that easy for us to educate a man who is about to grow up? Where is the way of vocational high school education? This is a question worth thinking about.
