In one month's educational practice, I came into contact with students from vocational high schools. Some people's performance really surprised me. They can be described as "hooligans". My class is Class 25, Senior One Electrician. These students give the impression that they are too arrogant. They violate discipline all day, are not active, are not punctual or even do what the teacher asks them to do. It is not uncommon for students to deviate from their usual behaviors and habits, such as "dirty", failing to hand in homework, undermining classroom discipline, copying homework, cheating in exams, smoking, drinking, gambling, entering commercial video game halls, commercial Internet cafes, and truancy for no reason. In order to understand this reason and find some solutions, I conducted a survey of more than 80 teachers and students in three vocational schools. Bad behavior is a common fact among students in three vocational high schools. My classes often violate discipline. They have many students who violate school rules and discipline, social morality and behave badly in the group. First, the basic situation of vocational high schools 1. Student Reality ① The enrollment targets are mainly junior high school graduates and some high school graduates with unsatisfactory college entrance examination results. These students have low scores in the senior high school entrance examination and college entrance examination, the number of students has dropped sharply, and the quality of students is poor. ② Schools also recruit social youth. Some graduated from junior high school or primary school with low cultural quality and poor foundation. As far as electrician class 25 is concerned, there are 36 people in the class, 4 people who graduated from high school, 3 people who did not graduate from junior high school, and only 29 people have finished junior high school. These people have a poor foundation, and many people don't even understand ohm's law or parallel circuits. ③65% students come from rural areas, and many students belong to single-parent families. Because of parents' doting or improper education, they have developed the bad habit of coquetry and poor self-care ability. 2, school teaching ① A considerable number of secondary schools in vocational schools, due to historical reasons such as the word "specialized" in secondary schools, pay more attention to book teaching, pay attention to knowledge memory, and have insufficient contact with reality. Strengthening vocational skills teaching is insufficient, and practical teaching is few. Students prefer the operation class, and few people listen to the theory class. The teacher's knowledge is not brought into play, because the students' acceptance ability is limited and they can't understand it at all, so it is very common to sleep in class. Chen, the head teacher of Class 25 electrician, graduated from the Mechanical Department of Guangdong Ocean University and is familiar with the maintenance and installation of air conditioners, motors and refrigerators. His intelligent air conditioning design was rated as the best graduation design at that time, and his electrician passed the third grade, with strong hands-on ability. But facing these students, his knowledge didn't come out at all, because they couldn't even accept the most basic knowledge. Like other courses, students' acceptance ability is too poor to teach. ③ The school teaching facilities are not fully equipped, and there are insufficient laboratories, multimedia classrooms and reading rooms. These have affected the development of the school to varying degrees. 3. Discipline attendance for one month, only about 30 electricians in class 25 arrive at the classroom on time, and five students are late for more than three times a week. Those who leave early a week have 10, and go to class and sleep every day. Students have all had the experience of sleeping in class, and half of them have to sleep for more than one class every day. They never rest on time at night. Almost everyone went to bed half an hour after the appointed time No one gets up at the appointed time (6:30) every morning. There are 3 to 6 students who surf the Internet all night on Friday. In the month when I took over, I didn't clean the cleaning area on time for 10 days, which is always the case. Of the six students on duty arranged every day, at least two did not take part in labor. People go out to smoke after class every day, so there are more problems of being late. 4. Other overdue homework and copying homework happen every day. Every student didn't hand in his homework and copied it. The homework assigned by the teacher has never been handed in, and more than 20 homework are exactly the same. It is common to violate classroom discipline. In every class, people are talking and sleeping, or doing things unrelated to the class. There are 8 people who smoke and drink, and it also happens from time to time to contradict the teacher. In this regard, Hou, Li Yong, Xu Chongtan, Huang Wanli, Ruan, etc. They all stand out. They violate discipline almost every day, such as being late and leaving early, not cleaning, talking in class, sleeping, not handing in homework, not resting on time at night, playing games in internet cafes all night, smoking and drinking. Among them, Huang Wanli has been punished by the school, but it has not played any role. Other students are often educated by the class teacher, but they can't change those problems. From this point of view, these students' disciplinary actions occur from time to time. The head teacher and school leaders manage the students' work every day and follow them every day. As soon as they relax, all kinds of problems will appear. But they can't be expelled, because the school has congenital problems and the number of people expelled from the school can't meet the requirements. Students also know that schools generally do not expel them, so they are not too worried about violating discipline. This situation in schools is generally caused by students' bad behavior. According to various surveys, the following reasons are obtained: 2. Causes of students' bad behavior. In short, the bad behavior of vocational high school students is not just formed, but lasts for a long time. Some of them were brought up from childhood, some of them didn't handle personal affairs well in junior high school, and they didn't have special education and self-awareness, and gradually developed into the rebellious personality now. For example, Huang Wanli, a student, was the last in his class since he was a child. He never attends class, and he is very naughty. No teacher can manage it, and his parents are not properly educated. He was put at his grandmother's house from an early age and was busy doing business, which led to his rebellious character of not listening to anyone. Moreover, in the nine-year compulsory education stage, teachers can't severely criticize students, let alone punish them. Therefore, students are no longer afraid of teachers, and feel that violating discipline is no longer a serious matter, thus forming the habit of disobedience. The formation of students' bad behavior is generally caused by psychological immaturity, family and school. (1) Psychological immaturity in middle school is the cause of bad behavior. In the middle school stage, they are in a period of rapid physiological and psychological changes and development. Their psychological development is still immature, psychologically fragile, immature and irrational. At this time, their psychological immaturity leads them to be confused about their physical and mental development and various social phenomena. Mainly in: 1. A mistake in moral understanding. Middle school students' moral understanding is still unstable, and sometimes they don't understand or correctly understand the relevant moral requirements and norms, and they can't distinguish right from wrong and distinguish good from evil. Some middle school students have become selfish and willful because of the influence of bad family environment, social environment and school environment, and they don't know how to care about others and can't establish good interpersonal relationships. They often have conflicts with classmates, teachers and elders, so that they develop into ambiguous love-hate relationships and emotional entanglements. These mistakes in moral understanding can easily lead to the gradual formation of bad behavior. 2. Weak moral will. Some students are afraid of difficulties and flinch when they see them. Some students lack the ability to resist bad temptations. Even after education and progress, they often can't resist the temptation and lose the ability of self-control. These weak-willed students often develop into students with bad behavior. (2) Improper family education According to the survey, many students with bad behavior mostly come from problem families because their parents divorced or were left unattended when they were young. In the families of students with bad behavior, we can often see the following situations. 1. Broken family. A few students come from divorced families. When this student becomes a big obstacle for divorced couples to rebuild their new families, no matter the child or anyone else, it is easy to be ignored in management and education. Students living in broken families can easily develop bad habits such as paranoia, indifference and lack of discipline. There are five students in the class whose parents are divorced. They all have some mental problems, psychopathy, like to do what they like and ignore the existence of discipline. 2. Authoritarian families. Some students' parents are too demanding and strict with their children, and usually neglect management. The education method is simple and rude. Once students have bad behavior or fail to meet their parents' requirements, parents will stick together. Such students can't get care and warmth, and it is easy to develop a deformed mentality of inferiority, vanity and loneliness. 3. Spoil the family. Some parents spoil their children, no matter how demanding their children are, they will always try their best to satisfy them. In this way, children will develop lazy and lazy bad behaviors, and even develop to the point where they can do whatever they want and get out of control. Just like Ruan and Li Yong, they are the only boys in the family. They have been neglected at home since childhood, and almost everything they need is met at home. Now the problem is more serious. They often stay online all night, which violates discipline. Their monthly expenses are as high as 800 to 1000 yuan. (3) mistakes in school education 1. The current examination system leads to the weakening of some students' thirst for knowledge and their enthusiasm for learning. Under the current examination system, students' academic and psychological burdens are very heavy, which leads to some students' physical and mental depression, repeated setbacks and failures, and they cannot adapt to the school environment. The weakening of students' thirst for knowledge and enthusiasm for learning is the beginning of the formation of students' bad behavior. 2. Teachers lack love for students. It is difficult for those students with poor academic performance to get praise from teachers and opportunities to show themselves. Without warmth and care in the class group, they are easily rejected and discriminated by teachers and classmates, and gradually form bad behaviors such as truancy and truancy, and then refuse to accept the teacher's education, leading to the opposition between students and teachers. (4) Influence of Social Unhealthy Factors Social Unhealthy factors mainly include: unhealthy trends in society; Movies, TV, videos, pictures, books, etc. Contains unhealthy content; Peers or gangs scattered in society; Commercial game room, the temptation of internet cafes, etc. All these will mislead young students who are immature in physical and mental development and lack the ability to distinguish. Third, the countermeasures to transform bad behavior students Because bad behavior students are not only caused by their own psychological immaturity, but by many factors, when taking countermeasures, we should consider transforming bad behavior students from school, family and society as a whole. (1) school 1. Teachers should devote more love to students with bad behavior. Because a large number of students have bad behaviors due to learning difficulties such as not understanding in class and not doing homework, teachers should be inclined to the students with bad behaviors in asking questions in class, correcting homework and tutoring after class. Students with bad behavior should lower their requirements for learning, rebuild their confidence in learning, summon up courage to move forward, and gradually develop good behaviors of obeying the law and helping others. For example, some difficult contents such as Thevenin theorem and Kirchhoff's voltage law are unnecessary, because they can hardly accept it when I attend classes, and people who don't like classes are even less in the mood, which leads to truancy, leaving early, sleeping in class, talking and so on. 2. In terms of educational methods, it is forbidden to be simple and rude, and to add sticks at every turn. We should communicate with children in an equal way, understand their ideological trends, and give them timely care and guidance. In addition, family members should live in harmony and let children live in a relaxed and harmonious family environment. If parents set too high requirements, and the parents' education method is simple and rude stick education, they will be tired of playing truant. In short, parents should learn to care about their children's thoughts, lives and attitudes, so as to correctly guide their children's behavior. (3) In society, the government should build a high-quality law enforcement team, strengthen the management and supervision of media and entertainment places such as movies, newspapers and periodicals, and create a harmonious, peaceful and healthy cultural environment for young people. Keep Internet cafes, commercial game places and bars away from students. For the transformation of students with bad behavior, as long as we can persevere and make unremitting efforts, we can form a joint force of family education and social education. Conclusion This educational investigation has made me better understand their psychological status, which is of great help to our work and has also educated and enlightened them ideologically. At the same time, it also makes me feel that there are great problems in the education system of vocational schools in China. Some problems have been bothering me. Why are there so many disobedient students? I'm surprised at such a large quantity. However, the management system of the school has little effect on their restrictions. I think some students can be expelled, but the school did not expel them, which gave them more courage. In addition, students' learning and practical ability is far below their normal level. Can such students contribute to society? Which companies will need such people? A graduate with bad behavior will more or less add some chaos to the society, so who will be responsible? Is it that easy for us to educate a man who is about to grow up? Where is the way of vocational high school education? This is a question worth thinking about.
