The relevant requirements of subject two stipulate:

1. If the self-study direct test for driving licenses of small cars and small automatic cars is implemented, the applicant can use his own motor vehicle equipped with safety auxiliary devices, learn driving skills according to the route and time specified by the traffic management department of the public security organ under the guidance of personnel with safe driving experience, and apply for the driving license of the corresponding quasi-driving type in accordance with the provisions of Article 19 or Article 20.

2. Students who are receiving full-time driving vocational education and have obtained the driving qualification of small cars in school, who have not scored 12 in this scoring cycle and the latest scoring cycle before application, may apply for increasing the driver's license of large buses and tractors.

3. The traffic administrative department of the public security organ at the provincial level, the city divided into districts or the same level shall establish a homepage on the Internet, release information, facilitate the masses to consult the relevant provisions on handling motor vehicle driving licenses, inquire about the use of driving licenses, traffic violations and scores, and download and use relevant forms.
