Red rice note7pro has no animation after successfully setting the caller ID.

What you want to ask is what is the problem that there is no animation after the successful setting of Red Rice note7pro? The setup may not be successful. Unlock the phone, and then select Settings, Personalization, Sound and Vibration to open the interface of sound and vibration.

In the "Sound and Vibration" interface, select "Ringtone" and "Caller Display" in turn to open the "Caller Display" setting interface.
