Is it faster to send text messages on a mobile phone using smart pinyin or simplified strokes?

If you are proficient in Pinyin or are fast in Pinyin, you can type it without looking at it once you get used to it. There are two types of simplified strokes, one has more strokes on the phone keys, and the other has strokes on only 6 keys. If your phone has 6 keys with strokes, typing with strokes will be slower. Not as good as Pinyin
