According to the situation of epidemic prevention and control in our city, a new round of regional novel coronavirus nucleic acid detection will be carried out after the study of epidemic prevention and control in emergency headquarters. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, the detection range

Licheng District, Fengze District, Luojiang District, shishi city, Jinjiang City, Nan 'an City, Hui 'an County, Quanzhou Development Zone and quanzhou taiwanese investment zone City.

It starts at 6 am on March 24, 2022.

Third, the detection object

All personnel who work, live and study in the above administrative areas, excluding centralized and home medical observers. Subject to the announcement of each county, residents are invited to arrive at the designated place in an orderly manner for nucleic acid sampling; Foreign businessmen and migrant workers are taking part in local nucleic acid testing nearby.

Fourth, matters needing attention

1. During the inspection, residents don't have to move or go out, stay at home, bring their mobile phones and ID cards, prepare the "Fujian Health Code", and take samples at the designated sampling points on time and in sequence. Residents without mobile phones can bring their ID cards and register with volunteers at the scene.

2. When sampling, please do personal protection, always wear a mask, keep a distance of more than one meter, avoid gathering and talking to each other, and consciously maintain the order at the scene. After the assembly, put on a mask immediately and leave the scene as soon as possible.

3. Each nucleic acid sampling point should set up a green channel for the elderly, children, pregnant women, disabled people and other special groups, and be equipped with enough staff and medical personnel according to the requirements of the specification to ensure the supply of materials and medicines.

4 all organs, enterprises and institutions in the city should fully cooperate with the nucleic acid detection work, and urge employees to participate in the nucleic acid detection within the above-mentioned specified time. Owners of operating and renting premises should conscientiously fulfill their regulatory responsibilities, remind and inform tenants to participate in nucleic acid testing.

5. Please take the initiative to obey the arrangement of the staff and actively cooperate with the sample collection. For those who refuse to cooperate with or support the nucleic acid detection work, disturb the order, conceal, lie or forge information, the public security organs will investigate the corresponding legal responsibilities according to law. For residents who do not participate in this round of nucleic acid testing, "Fujian Health Code" will be marked as "yellow code"; Residents who do not participate in full-time nucleic acid testing for two consecutive rounds will be marked with "Fujian Health Code" and bear corresponding legal responsibilities.

6. Quangang District, Anxi County, Yongchun County and Dehua County have extensively carried out antigen testing. Residents are requested to actively cooperate with the self-inspection work and submit the test results to their communities.
