In order to fully meet the requirements of epidemic prevention and control in various places, reduce personnel flow and effectively reduce the risk of epidemic spread, the Civil Aviation Administration issued a notice today to further clarify the requirements for free refund of domestic air tickets in the near future on the basis of preliminary work. This notice does not apply to passengers who have refunded their tickets before 0: 00 on August 4. Airlines can formulate specific implementation rules according to the notification requirements.

1. If passengers have purchased domestic air tickets with flight numbers from August 4th to August 3rd1before 0: 00 on August 4th, 20265438, and apply for a refund from 0: 00 on August 4th to before the flight takes off, airlines and their air sales agents shall not charge fees.

2. This notice does not apply to passengers who have already refunded their tickets before 0: 00 on August 4th.
