How to solve MMS fault

Please reconnect to the network or clear the storage space.

Network: MMS download failed because there is no network connection or the network connection is limited. If you are using a Wi-Fi connection, please make sure that the connection is stable. If you are using mobile data, please check whether there is enough signal and data traffic. Reconnect and click Download.

Storage: Insufficient storage space of mobile phone will also lead to the failure of downloading MMS. Try to empty the storage space of the mobile phone, delete some unnecessary files, applications or photos, and ensure that there is enough free space to receive MMS.
