Wechat account is frozen, how to unlock it?

Open and log in to WeChat, then click the "I" tab in the lower right corner to enter the settings, click "Account and Security" and then click "Account Self-unlock", enter the account to be unsealed, then click the "Send SMS Now" button in the pop-up interface to send SMS, and then click "I have sent SMS, Next" to complete account unsealing.

3. In the opened setting window, click the menu item "Account and Security";

4. In the open account and security settings interface, click the menu item of WeChat Security Center below;

5. Open the interface of WeChat Security Center and click the menu item "Self-service account unsealing";

6. In the opened WeChat Security Center window, enter the account number, mobile phone number and verification code to be unsealed, and then click the "Next" button;

7. In the pop-up interface, unfrozen SMS content and account number for receiving SMS will be displayed. Click "Send SMS immediately" button, enter the sending content in the pop-up SMS sending window, and then send SMS. After sending, click the menu item "I have sent SMS, Next";

8. At this time, a message of successful unsealing will pop up, indicating successful unsealing.

Matters needing attention

If the micro-signal is bound to QQ and the login cannot be frozen, the original QQ number may be frozen. Check whether there is any violation of QQ number, which leads to temporary freezing or permanent freezing. This situation can only be used after the QQ number is thawed.
