Mobile phone display is limited to emergency calls.

If you use a Huawei mobile phone with no signal and only an emergency call, please refer to the corresponding suggestions according to your specific use status:

1. No signal or weak signal:

Check whether you are in service area, flight mode or weak signal by the signal size at the top of the mobile phone screen. I suggest you move to a place with good signal, make sure the phone is in normal mode and restart. If it fails, it is recommended to take out the SIM card and try to insert it again.

Please make sure that the dialed telephone number is entered correctly.

Note: Please consult the corresponding operator for specific methods of making foreign calls or roaming abroad.

3. Please confirm that there is a balance in the SIM/USIM card, and you can call the customer service hotline of the corresponding operator for inquiry.

4. call barring Settings:

When the SIM card is inserted into the mobile phone, you can click the dial-up interface to enter Settings >; Card 1/ card 2 >; More > call restrictions to view the setting status of call restrictions.

Note: If this option is not available, it means that the phone has no call barring function.

5. Please confirm whether it is a standard SIM card, and restart the phone after inserting the card.

If you cut the card manually, please change the SIM card in the business hall. Inserting a non-standard SIM card will cause the SIM card to be unrecognizable, unable to take out or damage the mobile phone card holder.

6. If there is a signal but you can't make a call, you can restart your phone and try again.

Tips: If the above methods can't make your phone call normally, it is recommended to restore your mobile phone to the network settings and try to solve it. If the problem still exists, please back up the data, and take the Huawei mobile phone that can't be called and the relevant purchase invoice to Huawei after-sales service center to check whether there is any problem with the signal transmission function of the mobile phone.
