Xi Provisions on Restricting Foreign License Plate Numbers

According to the inquiry of Xi Anben Dibao, Xi An's regulations on restricting foreign license plate numbers are as follows:

1. restriction: motor vehicles with two license plates (including temporary ones) are restricted every day, Monday 1 and 6, Tuesday 2 and 7, Wednesday 3 and 8, Thursday 4 and 9, and Friday 5 and 0. Foreign motor vehicles entering restricted areas shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of this notice.

2. Restricted area: within the administrative area of Xi City, with the area within Xi 'an Ring Expressway as the center, it extends southward to the north of Zhongnan Avenue, Du Yan Road and Samsung Expressway (excluding), east of Xihan Expressway and west of Zhaxi Expressway; It extends northward to the enclosed area south of Xi 'an North Ring Road (excluding), east of Yan Xi Expressway and west of Xiyu Expressway. Motor vehicles passing through the expressway in this city but not leaving the expressway are allowed to pass, and no restrictions are taken.
