Lenovo mobile phones can only receive and cannot send text messages.

In view of the problem that your short message cannot be sent normally, we suggest you refer to the following troubleshooting steps:

1. I suggest you confirm whether your mobile phone is in arrears first. If so, please make up the fee with the operator and try again.

2. Please confirm again whether the SMS can't be sent to all contacts normally. If it is a personal contact, I suggest you recall whether you have set up a blacklist of relevant contacts, or use some third-party SMS interception related functional software;

3. Rule out the above possibilities, or it may be caused by an abnormal SMS program. If you download other third SMS software, you can uninstall it, or go to System Settings-Application Management-Find the corresponding SMS (or Lenovo Address Book)-Clear the data for improvement. Please back up SMS, contacts and other information before operation to avoid data loss.

4. If possible, it is recommended to replace other SIM cards to see if they can send short messages normally, and it is not excluded that it is caused by the abnormality of their SIM cards;

5. There is no improvement after the above operations. It is recommended that you back up the fuselage data and restore the factory settings (ps: remember to back up the data before operation to avoid personal data loss) to see if it has improved.

If the problem still cannot be effectively solved, for your normal use in the future, it is recommended that you take time to go to a nearby Lenovo authorized repair station for specific inspection and treatment.
